Families
Resources for you and your family.
We invite parents/guardians to be engaged in their child’s educational experience by making sure they are well-rested daily, arrive on time, and are prepared to be well-behaved and involved students.
We invite parents/guardians to attend open house, Parent/Teacher Conferences, the award program, Grandparents Celebration, Trunk & Treat, Hispanic/Latino Celebration, Math or Literacy Nights, Black History Program, and other school-related programs.
In addition, upon arrival from school, check in with your child to see how their day went, what they liked, what they did not like, and how you can make things better for tomorrow. We believe in preparing your child for the future, to make sure they are socially and emotionally mature individuals able to cope in any situation. We believe education is important for your child’s future success.
Help your child learn to control their behavior by using social-emotional techniques to solve problems positively.
